According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover in January-September 2025 amounted to 59.8 billion US dollars.
Compared to the same period last year, the figure increased by 11.1 billion dollars or 22.9%.
Of the total volume:
Exports amounted to $ 26.7 billion (an increase of 33.3%),
imports - $ 33.1 billion (an increase of 15.6%).
The number of foreign trade partners of Uzbekistan reached 206 countries.
The largest share of foreign trade turnover was accounted for by:
China - 19.1%,
Russia - 15.7%,
Kazakhstan - 5.8%,
Turkey - 3.6%,
Republic of Korea - 2.2%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's imports in January-October 2025 amounted to 37.5 billion US dollars. Compared to the same period last year, imports increased by 16.9%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, 381.7 thousand students were admitted to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
